Therapy is helpful if you want greater self-awareness, emotional support, healing from past experiences, or help navigating challenges such as anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, relationship difficulties, or life transitions. Therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself, understand patterns in the mind and body, and cultivate greater ease, trust, and inner strength.
The free 15-minute introductory consultation call is an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and explore whether the therapeutic fit feels right for you.
Sessions are 50 minutes long. Depending on your needs and goals, sessions can take place weekly, bi-weekly, or every three weeks.
The standard price for a 50-minute session cost is €110. For individuals with lower income, a discounted price is applicable. If you wish to benefit from discounted pricing, please let me know in the initial contact form.
If you want to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please email niina@yourcaretherapy.com. I gently ask you to inform me 24 hours before the planned appointment to avoid the late cancellation fee.

I currently work independently from health insurance providers. This allows for greater flexibility and a more personalized therapeutic process. Some of the benefits include:
